Try before you lease - testing service

Due to the high increase in "testing requests" for customers without a history with biofilms and without any connection to the rental of equipment from us, the service is now charged 1000Kč / hour incl. VAT (826Kč without VAT) with payment on the spot.

This fee covers the total time spent in the rental shop, including consultation and preparation of the equipment. There is no charge for disposal of the equipment. Each hour started is counted as a full hour.

The paid amount of 100% can then be used as a credit with biofilms for the next 3 months (90 days). After payment is made, we will send you a voucher code with the corresponding value, allowing you to use it as a credit on future equipment rentals.

This change allows us continue to provide maximum service quality and consultation with testing of the equipment at biofilms free of charge, but only in conjunction with a future rental.
