How to Redeem Your Festival Voucher or Gift Card

Congratulations on winning a competition or receiving a gift card! Below are all the details on how to redeem your voucher.

Redeeming a Festival / COMPETITION Voucher

You should have received your voucher code after the festival, from the event organizer in cooperation with Biofilms production. If you didn’t receive the code, please contact us at faktury@biofilms.cz with the following details:

- The prize you won,
- The date of the competition / festival
- The type of prize you received.

Our contact person, Katka Gornioková, will be happy to resend the code.

Purchased / Gifted Gift Card

You can also purchase a gift card. The conditions for redemption are the same as for festival vouchers.

Using Your Credit

To redeem a voucher or gift card:
- Enter the voucher code in the designated field when completing your online order.
- The code was sent to you via email or is printed directly on the voucher.

Important Conditions:

- Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or promotional offers.
- Only one voucher can be applied per order.
- If you plan to use the voucher in multiple orders, ensure all orders are placed using the same email
- The voucher is non-transferable.
- The voucher represents an amount in CZK, including VAT, and is valid for 6 calendar months from the date stated on the voucher.

Validity and Extensions

The voucher is valid for 6 months from the time it was received (in the case of a festival/competition) or from the date specified on the gift card. You can extend it once for an additional 3 months before the expiration date by contacting us at faktury@biofilms.cz.
