Starting from April 20, 2024, there will be a change in fees for the use of the "Night Safe" service. Outside regular business hours (9:00–19:00), a surcharge of 800 CZK excluding VAT is now charged during the period from 19:01 to 22:59 and from 7:30 to 8:59. During the night hours from 23:00 to 7:29, the surcharge is set at 1600 CZK excluding tax.

For our regular customers (with a larger number of returned orders in the last 6-12 months), we offer the exclusive "Night Safe" service.

The status of a regular customer can be confirmed either in person when picking up or returning equipment, or we will inform you via email during our business hours. Once we confirm your status as a regular customer, we will gladly provide you with all the details about the possibilities of using this service.

Customers without the "regular customer" status and who do not submit their request sufficiently in advance during working hours cannot use this service without exception.

The Night Safe service is exclusively for our specific customers. Without prior arrangement, it is not possible to use this service to pick up or return goods at our branches through persons such as drivers, couriers, or other individuals who are not part of the specific order and are not recorded in our system.
