Need to get your gear to set or anywhere in CZ or Slovakia?

Short on time or just want to make sure your gear arrives on time and hassle-free? We offer multiple delivery options across the Czech Republic and Slovakia – from express van drop-offs to professional Messenger courier services.

How does delivery work?

Basic delivery includes: transport to your chosen address and assistance with loading/unloading directly at the van.

If you need gear carried to the set, taken upstairs, or installed, please contact us in advance. These services are billed separately as on-set assistant work by our camera or lighting technician, calculated in half-hour blocks.

What affects the final delivery cost?

• Total distance and traffic conditions
• Waiting time (charged 10 CZK/min after 15 min delay)
• Help with loading/unloading bulky items
• Deliveries outside of opening hours (subject to 100% surcharge + night locker fee if applicable)

Note: Delivery is only available to returning customers – not for first-time rentals.

Delivery options available:

• EXTRA Van – Prague: express delivery within hours, no gear size or value limits
• EXTRA Van – CZ & SK: same or next-day delivery, coordinated directly with our driver
• Messenger CZ: next business day by 8–9 a.m. (Tue–Fri, Saturday with surcharge)
• Messenger SK: next-day delivery to Bratislava (Tue–Fri)
