If You Are a New Customer

New customers are required to present an ID with a permanent address when picking up equipment. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all new customers must pay for their order at the time of pickup using a payment card issued in their own name. If the rental is not for a company where the person collecting the equipment is the authorized representative, or if the customer cannot provide references (e.g., website, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook), we require a deposit for the equipment amounting to 50–70% of its purchase price.

Where Can I Pick Up the Equipment?

You can pick up equipment at our Prague location, Petrská 18, Praha 1, or in Brno at Kounicova 2b.

Where and When to Return the Equipment?

Please return the equipment to the same location where it was picked up, in accordance with the terms specified in the rental agreement.

Can I Have the Equipment Delivered?

Yes, information about delivery options can be found on our website in the "Delivery" section during the ordering process.

What Is an Express Fee?

For last-minute orders, an express fee is applied. The amount depends on the size of the order and the preparation time required. This fee is dynamically calculated in the "Delivery" step of the order process.

Unreturned Accessories

If rented accessories are not returned on time (i.e., by the end of the rental period), the rental period will automatically be extended. A daily rental fee reduced to 50% of the full price will be charged for the item. An invoice will be issued upon the return of the accessories.

For example: If a memory card was due to be returned by August 20, 2022, at 6:00 PM, but was returned on August 24, 2022, at 4:00 PM, a fee equal to 50% of the daily rental price will be charged for the period from August 20, 2022, at 6:00 PM, to August 24, 2022, at 4:00 PM (a total of 4 days).

Current charges for unreturned accessories can be found in your user account in the order details or in the SMS notification. In the event of reported loss, rental fees will be charged up to the date of the loss report, in addition to compensation for the lost items.
