Pick-Up & Return – How It Works

If You’re a New Customer

When picking up gear for the first time, we require a valid ID showing your permanent address. Unless agreed otherwise, payment must be made by card under your own name – at the latest upon pick-up.
If you're not renting on behalf of a company you manage, or can’t provide relevant references (website, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook), a refundable deposit of 50–70% of the purchase value will be required.


Where to Pick Up Gear

You can pick up your gear in Prague at Petrská 18 or in Brno at Kounicova 2b. Easy access, even if you're arriving fully loaded.


Where & When to Return

Return your gear to the same location where you picked it up, according to the terms stated in your rental agreement. Late returns may result in additional charges.


Need Delivery?

Yes – we offer delivery services. Details are available in the Delivery step during checkout. Choose your preferred time, address, and delivery method.


Express Fee

Last-minute orders are subject to an express fee based on order size and prep time. The exact amount is automatically calculated at checkout.


Unreturned Accessories

If you return accessories late, the rental period will automatically extend. You’ll be charged 50% of the daily rental rate for each day past the return deadline.
For example: If a memory card was due on Aug 20 at 18:00 and you return it on Aug 24 at 16:00, you’ll be charged 50% of the daily rate for 4 days.


What If Something’s Lost?

Until the loss is reported, standard rental fees apply. You’ll also be charged for the replacement cost of the item.


Add Technical Contacts

In your booking notes, feel free to include contacts for crew members like the gaffer, 1st AC, or DOP. This helps us coordinate technical needs quickly and efficiently.
