We know these people personally from set experience – we know what they can do and how they work. Camera Department

Camera Operator / DoP
Experienced operator familiar with professional film equipment from our rental. Suitable for commercials, music videos, or documentaries.
1st AC – Focus Puller
Responsible for precise focusing, lens changes, and camera setup. A key role for a smooth shoot.
2nd AC – Camera Assistant
Handles slating, prepping gear, accessories, and media management. Supports the camera department’s workflow.
Autocue / Teleprompter Technician
Handles setup, operation and technical support for the teleprompter on set. Helps actors or presenters deliver their lines smoothly without memorization. Essential for commercials, interviews, and content with direct-to-camera delivery.
Ronin 4D Technician
Specialist for setting up, balancing and operating the DJI Ronin 4D camera system. Supports the DP or camera operator with focus, stabilization, wireless transmission, and full system functionality.
Ronin 2 Technician
Responsible for balancing and configuring the Ronin 2 gimbal. Assists in transitions between different rig setups (e.g. crane, car rig, handheld) and ensures smooth operation throughout the shoot.
Ronin 2 / Motion Rig Operator
Experienced operator for dynamic camera moves using Ronin 2 and various grip rigs (e.g. dolly, rickshaw, cablecam).
Steadicam Operator
Professional steadicam operator delivering smooth, dynamic handheld shots. Works closely with the DoP and director to choreograph movement.
DIT – Digital Imaging Technician
Handles data management, backups, LUTs, and base grading. Essential for image security and post workflow.
Video Operator (QTAKE, Shogun, Koko)
Manages live preview, playback, and recording. Crucial for multicam setups and commercial shoots.
All-in-One Camera Assistant
Versatile helper for small tasks – from carrying tripods to basic camera operation support.

Lighting & Electric (G&E)

Gaffer – Chief Lighting Technician
Designs and builds the lighting setup according to DoP’s vision. Skilled with modern lighting and grip tools.
Best Boy – Gaffer’s Assistant
Provides technical support, distributes cables and lights, and manages lighting accessories.
Lighting Assistant
Supports with handling lights, stands, and modifiers. Ideal for smaller shoots or student productions.
Dimmer Operator
Controls lighting remotely using apps (Aputure Sidus Link, Gaffers Control, CRMX / DMX tools like Astera, grandMA). Responsible for dimming, triggering, and scene syncing.
All-in-One Lighting Assistant
General support for the lighting team without deep specialization. Great for compact sets and lean crews.

Directing & Production

1st AD – First Assistant Director
Coordinates the daily shoot schedule and ensures everything runs on time. Key point of communication between departments and the director.
2nd AD – Second Assistant Director
Handles logistics, talent communication, daily call sheets, and coordinates set movements.
Unit Publicist
Handles press communications and set visits, and gathers promotional material for media distribution.
EPK Coordinator
Creates and compiles Electronic Press Kit materials – behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, production photos, and editorial content.

Indicative Pricing Information

Basic technical crew positions start at 6,000 CZK / day (approx. 240 EUR / 260 USD) and most commonly fall within the 6,000–8,000 CZK range (approx. 240–320 EUR / 260–350 USD). More specialized roles start at 8,000 CZK (approx. 320 EUR / 350 USD) and typically range between 8,000–10,000 CZK / day (approx. 320–400 EUR / 350–430 USD). Senior or lead positions usually start from 10,000 CZK / day (approx. 400 EUR / 430 USD). Final rates always depend on project duration, scope of work, and involvement – we’re happy to discuss everything individually.

We specialize strictly in technical crew. That said, we can usually recommend someone for creative roles thanks to our network.
